The food was okay, the amenities were below average, and the services were okay. i am in a deluxe room ac not working, phone is not working sometimes

Food is average and Location is Good some of the amenities shown on MakeMyTrip are not available like dental kit, saving kit, work tables, wash room are not good.

The property is centrally located and has a decent car park. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently which gives the common areas and exterior a modern touch. However, we were disappointed with our Premier category room and the hotel services. Room cleanliness wasn't upto the mark and we could see dust gathered under Set Top Box and Phone. The AC remote wasn't working when we checked in, neither was hot water in the bathroom. We were also not given WiFi details during check in. We had to make multiple calls to the reception to get these things sorted. The buffet breakfast next morning was also underwhelming with cold stale preparations. We specifically had to ask for hot preparation for few items. Overall, not worth the money that we paid. Will not recommend.

Location was good and staff was courteous. Food was very nice rooms are good with ample space. Major location were nearby as riverfront and jag mandir was walking distance.

We have booked hotel . Our experience to stay at surya royal kota is very bad. We have booked 2 room but in 1room if we start fan lights automatically start and if turn off lights fan automatically turn off. We complained about thi they asked to use ac instead of fan. We also ask to change the room but they refused. Very bad experience

As asked for water bottle for the room, the person at the reception denied. I have taken package of welcome drink, did not get the welcome drink. As asked for welcome drink I haven't got it. No bathroom amenities. Toilet paper was finished also asked for that, he didn't sent that also.Night reception guy was rude. Morning shift guy was good.

I needed a place for an overnight stay with pets and surya royal was more than welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was warm and helpful. Overall just a very pleasant experience as a pet parent

Recently stayed at this hotel - Staff was unprofessional & rude. - Food of restaurant was terrible, found hair in Food, during one of my dinner there was a group function, so no waiter come to take order. we left restaurant without eating dinner that evening. - room service for basic amenities was also worst, need to do a lot of call & request to provide basic things - they were charging for decent 3 star hotel but not worth of 0.5 star

In winter no hot water is coming in the tap hotel staff told me in morning 7am hot water will come in my opinion it was totally waste of money
