Wasn’t even allowed to check in. Terrible experience. Mmt too didn’t help me out either with the necessary steps that should have been taken or worked on the refund.

The hotel was great and the room was very clean and nice. The staff was very arranging for accommodating our two dogs. And the food was nice. Although, I received messages on WhatsApp and Instagram by 3 guys after filling the entry book of the hotel.. That’s not very professional.. the entry book is not a dating app and the informations should be private.

Not a nice experience , staff is nice bt hotel is not not a nice ambience, woshroom r like 500rs oyo, metres quality is worst and you can find better hotel in same price many other hotels r available in Kota... According to room price it is worst hotel

The hotel room was not clean there was a kettle for making tea in the room but after repeated requests sugar, milk and coffee were not given. The hotel did not actually provide any facilities as shown on make my 訂房網站 before booking the room. I repeatedly told the house keeping person at the reception, yet no facility was provided, there were neither slippers nor towels nor tea kettle in the room nor was the room clean and tv not working. Hotel staff's way of talking was not good.

Newly opened hotel with 3 star facilities and provide great value for money. Jai prakash and deepak yadav are very warm welcoming hosts.

We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days, they there is no hot water running in tap. They are giving hot water bucket on request. Even some stuffs are not available in room. They never came for room cleaning. Overall experience is ok. The staff is cooperative and food which we ordered in room is also average in taste

It’s a nice value for money hotel. Location is good, food is also good. Only thing that I didn’t like is that there is no ventilation in the room. You need to turn on centralised AC for air circulation.
