      We payed for 2 nights (maritsa) in standard room with balcony (3beded), and we didnt get the room nor the building we payed for. Our room was couple of buildings away (not in blue maritsa) and for first view it was worse than maritsa room we payed for but we wanted to get most of they and was in a hurry... I askwd where is aircondition? she said it is extra pay... i told her and later showed that is included and after a while she said its on the house. When we came back later we saw first cockroach, water was pouring mid from (siphon) and we told her that we would like the we payed from as we said on first comment. She said that maritsa is full so she cant give as any room and she will spray the cockroaches... and fix toilet water on floor... next day, new cockroaches, water on bathroom floor, spyder web... zero, we didnt have hot water nor we used anything... I sent pictures to 訂房網站.com
