飯店是台灣人經營的，可以中文服務是一大優勢，飯店內有泳池，旁邊就是海洋，景色非常漂亮，整個建築都是木製，缺點就是蟲比較多，其他都不錯

所有的員工都非常的熱情和善, 並樂於提供各項協助, 讓我們住的輕鬆愉快又自在, 真的像在自己的家一樣. 飯店位置不在主街上, 很安靜很chill, 但是到哪都不遠, 散步皆可到達. 房間很乾淨, 能看到漂亮的夕陽. 早餐比較基本, 但是口味很讚, 提供台式熱食. 有機會再去帛琉一樣會選擇這一間!

環境優美，游泳配合夕陽完美，有飯店配合的司機很便宜，相對帛琉物價來說，然後也有配合可以租車的也很方便，可以直接用台灣護照租賃

マネージャーをはじめスタッフがとても親切です。部屋も清潔で、ロビーや食堂やプールなど広々としており、それを満喫できる健やかな靜けさがあります。また徒歩圏內にスーパーやカフェや美味しいレストランがたくさんあり、立地的にも便利でした。必ずまた行きます！

Very disappointing for $AUD300+ per night. No bar or restaurant, breakfast very poor (no tropical fresh fruit or yoghurt, one egg dish, mostly Asian food), pool so heavily chlorinated my eyes were red & irritated for over an hour! Apart from the very helpful & apologetic female staff member, this stay was one of my worst.

一到酒店就覺得很驚艷. 這個酒店實在是環境太好了吧。讓人真心覺得到了一個可以放鬆假期的地方。所有裡面的員工人都超好的，Megan, Alexia, Myla 在我們入住的期間，真的是無法挑剔的好。之間本來有一點小小的問題，但是寫信給了 Grace 立即收到回覆，很快就解決了. 附近有兩家好吃的餐廳。總之我們呆在這裡四個晚上，真心覺得非常棒. 推薦！

The staff at the hotel are super lovely and helpful. Anything that you needed was never a problem. The breakfast as part of the room rate was simple and tasty, enough to get the day off to a good start. The pool was large and well maintained, adequate lounges and fresh pool towels available from the reception. The rooms are large, simply appointed with a comfortable bed. The sunset views are the best part of this property. The property has seen better days with more love given to the up keep of the grounds and buildings in days gone past. While this didn't distract from the stay, it maybe has resulted in very few other guests staying at the resort. We did stay in June which is the down season, but on most days it was just us at the pool - which wasn't a problem as such, just would've been nice to have the energy of other guests coming and going. The location does require a car, although the same could be said for anywhere in Palau. We walked to most close by restaurants with Elilai Seafood Restaurant the highlight and only 450m walk from the hotel.

This hotel was great for a holiday where I even proposed to my girlfriend during one of the excursions. The staff was so nice and extremely service oriented. It was not very busy at the time we were there, so the staff made an effort to recognize all guests. Each of them knew our room number and every afternoon they requested what we wanted for breakfast, so we got a tailor made plate every morning. My fiancee got sick and they did whatever they could to be there for us and make it as pleasant as possible. The pool was nice and very clean, which points at regular cleaning, since there are so many plants around it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
