スタッフはとても親切で、丁寧に質問に答えて下さいました。 部屋からのロケーションは殘念ながら庭園やプールを望め開放的なものではなく、バルコニー前には木々が生い茂り、日當たりも無く、少しカビ臭さかった。 買物やATMやレストランが數軒近くに有って便利でしたが、近くの和食店が改裝中で休業して利用出來なかった事が殘念でした。

This hotel is highly recommended. The rooms were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful, with freshly made eggs for breakfast. It was not too busy in the outdoor areas, and it gave a bit of a resort style feel.

市中心的意外收穫，一樓有酒吧，推薦給喜歡熱鬧的人。不過會有噪音傳到房間，到半夜一兩點鐘。房間裝修比較有特色。

I stayed for four days. On the second morning, they knocked on my door intentionally at 8:30 am and asked me to clean the room. I was still sleeping, so of course I refused. Then they didn't come to clean the room for three days, didn't give me towels, and didn't give me water.

We shifted to the hotel from another one in the early morning before we went for sea activity. We saved our bags in the front desk. Hotel staffs were very friendly and gave us towels for sea activity. After came back to the hotel, we found our room was arranged at the third floor with rock island view, which was great and worthy of the money. The room was spacious and very clean. There was even an elevator for going up to the floors. Though the breakfast was somewhat simple, but it was enough to us. We loved the warm memories at the hotel.

地理位置非常好，帕勞市中心。離餐館都很近，酒店對面不遠還有一個大超市，據説是帕勞最大的超市。 酒店雖不大、但是很乾凈，工作人員也很主動服務，退房時忘記了一件衣服，還特意給我送到下一個要入住的酒店

This may be the nicest small hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of traveling. The staff are great, so friendly, so kind & they WANT to take of everything you may need! I will stay here again on my next 訂房網站. I can say "I FULLY recommend this hotel"!
