Below average in terms of rooms and staff interaction, especially at the reception. We reached around 8pm. Rooms were not ready despite booking earlier. One room had a huge patch of damp on the ceiling and smelled aweful. They changed the room. Why did they allot it in the first place for someone, who booked through mmt? people at the reception could do with some politeness. Food was tasty and the staff at the dining hall were better behaved. Given a choice, i would try and avoid staying at raj residency a second time.

These people don't listen to basic queries like unclean washrooms and talk back rudely like we don't provide this service here

Service was good and amenities were there to support the weather like hot water, electric hot water. Also restaurant was good and was having delicious food. Staffs were cooperative.

All the fittings in the bathroom are leaking, there is no hot water, the bathroom door does not lock from outside and remains open, there is dust accumulated on the fan, there is no telecom other services are very poor staff people don't know anything about hospitality it was a very bad experience in the property. Wasted of money

First of all the room they providing not the same i booked. Bathroom are very dirty and water leaking everywhere. Staffs behaviour also not good.

Food is good. Walls of the rooms are damp. The rooms were stuffy and smelly, however toilets were average. In one of the rooms ac was not functional. Towels and pillow covers were insufficient.

An excellent base for exploring the town and its surroundings. The proximity to local attractions and transport links was very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a good range of amenities including complimentary wi-fi, an in-house restaurant, and room service. Raj residency offers good value for money.

The property is excellent, room condition is average. Need to be maintained. Fans, lights, mattresses to be maintained properly.

Tge suites room were good but the diamond ac has worst experience with bed bugs. The cleanliness of hotel, the behavior of front office staffs should improve. Food quality was good
