珊泰湖畔酒店-古哈加爾 (Shantai by the Lake)

Hotel is not up to mark as per cost of hotel. Very disappointing room structure. Wifi is poor as no wifi service. Room cleaning is very poor. Very old covers of pillows. All in one is very disappointing. Only manager behaviour is good.

Amazing location near the guhagar lake. Rooms are small and little inconvenient for a family of 2 with 1 or 2 kids. Be ready for mosquito attack once you reach there. Food is average.

The location is good, need to manage the swimming pool. The service is fast and the food is good. I would suggest to provide a small refrigerator in the room and the parking area can be managed well, there was water hence could not park my car properly. Thanks.

The property is a great place to spend leisure time with family and friends. Good ambience and in nature. The food in the restaurant is also good. The staff is very friendly. The beach is 15 mins drive from the resort. The swimming pool is clean and enough to accommodate 10 people at a time.

In the room they don’t give complimentry Water bottle; it needs to purchased. Blankets were smelling badly…not at all worth against the room price

Booking was made for 6 adults and 3 children. They allotted us duplex deluxe cottage which was not suitable at all for two families to use it. Its more for family of 2 children. Making it really difficult to stay in tithe complex. On request they did accommodate into other single rooms but charges us extra 2000. This did not feel right in terms of checking in as the duplex room should not have appeared in combination to fit 6 adults. That is wrong representation of facts and i feel like cheated embarrassed with my friend group!
