The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles. All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there. Strongly recommended to everyone to have a taste of staying over there.

期待以上の部屋、おもてなし、朝食。大満足でした。 駅への送迎も親切で景色もよく見えました。以前にカビ臭くバストイレが黒ずんでいるところに行ってガッカリした経験がありましたので、今回はリニューアルされた清潔なバストイレに感激しました。また利用したいです。

スタッフさんの対応はよいが、あちこちカビ臭く不愉快。施設が古いのは理解するが、それを、カバーしようとか、改善しようとする意識が感じられない。朝食も溫かいおかずがない。

チェックインからのおもてなしは良かったです。また、ロープウェイのチケットが安く買え、駐車料金もセーブ出來ました。雨で露天風呂行けなかったのが殘念でした。

Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing. We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own. The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.
