1. Not even a tea bag or cofee powder sachet were provided. 2. Room was not sir conditioned. Actually I did not noticed it at the time of booking. I presumed it as AC room, because of the rate and name of the hotel! 3. Even drinking water provided on the second day of our stay was charged. 4. No hangers or provision to hang clothes. 5. No soap dish in the toilet. 6. Food is good, but costly and not worth the price. 7. The waiter refused to serve coffee on our table for the paid buffet breakfast. Poor service. For all above reasons, overall I rate the facilities below average.

My experience was wonderful. The location was ideal, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A truly enjoyable visit!

Spacious room, clean linen, comfortable bedding and well-kept toilets. Limited food choice for veg but fresh and tasty. Service was excellent with quick response time.

The stay and rooms were really comfortable and all the staff was very responsive and did consider our review. But the food was the worst part it could have been better but the rest of the other things were good and we had a great time actually
