we have visited this hotel twice. The rooms offer breath taking view of the sea and the hotel ambience only adds to the beauty. The staff are super friendly and they were very accomodative of our requests during both our visits. I need to specially mention the GM of the hotel, he was very generous and supportive to my family and provided us with rooms right next to each other. also, the food is mind blowing.

Bathrooms are bad, no hair dryer, no iron box. Rooms are not cleaned up on daily basis. Food buffet is costly not worth it, sometime salty, sometimes no salt at all. Restaurant people knocks at late night to get sign in food bill, not respecting the guest privacy. The bill was never ours which the restaurant manager took 1 hour to confirm it by checking the cctv which is frustrating.

It's a fraud. Rating themselves as 5 star which in any way they are not. Right from check in to check out its a mess. Front desk staff and restaurant manager are v rude. Food quality v poor and breakfast was half empty by 9:30 am and they have reply finished instead of refilling, even the fruits they didn't want to refill. There was no service lift and among-st 2 lift, 1 was out of order so there was huge mess and waiting for all during check out and check in. I strongly recommend not to opt for this hotel even for free
