    The stay was very pleasant, and I really appreciated the aesthetic appeal of the room. However, I’d like to mention a few areas for improvement: 1. Curtains: The room curtains were quite light, and there was no blackout layer to block direct sunlight, which made mornings a bit uncomfortable. Installing blackout curtains would greatly enhance guest comfort. 2. Bathroom Odor: There was a persistent unpleasant odor from the bathroom, particularly near the bathing area. It would be great if this could be checked and resolved. 3. Lift Issue: The elevator was not functioning during my stay, which caused inconvenience. 4. Check-in Process: The check-in process, especially for bookings made through platforms like MakeMyTrip, was quite slow. It took over 15 minutes for me to be checked in. A faster onboarding process would improve the overall experience. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guest stays.

    Very bad.complimentary breakfast is bad.and asking to pay for foods.behaviour is also bad.rooms given to us is not shown in app..television is so small and room ambiance is not good.any way bad experience for me totally

    It was mentioned there is a rooftop pool in the hotel but there was none. The staff was very rude in answering queries related to pool. Breakfast is alacarte and not much variety overall not worth spending rs 3600 for this substandard hotel

    The room and the service of the staff was okay but the toilet was bad. It was stinky and not properly maintained. We had to change rooms because the first rooms ac was not working properly. I think it was a bit expensive

    The rooms were good but it was not worth The food served as pathetic. As a complimentary breakfast we were provided a dosa and coffee only.

    The rooms felt old, other wise it provide a value for money proposition, the only hotel available in kottarakkara Food tastes good , price also reasonable. Staff service were good 👍

    First of all this was the most expensive hotel in your list but still i went for it because i felt it will be worth my money. I did not feel secure in the hotel. The door had just one key lock and no other latches to lock. That means any one with a key can easily enter my room at night. This was so not acceptable. It was the most insecure stay i had ever had.
