rooms full of cockroaches and not maintained well this not safe for family as next to rooms it's a Big Bar located and service is available properly food is was not goood

First there was no welcome drink as it was included in stay. Second the room was not clean, balcony was dirty with cigarettes and sheets, towels were not fresh and clean. Third, necessary toiletries were missing at the room. Four, in complementary breakfast only 2 options were there with not good taste. Overall, the stay was not worth the money spent

Restaurant service was very bad. They will just take the order and then disappear. Made us to wait for the food for very long time. Those who are working are clueless and there is no one to take proper accountability.

Pleasant stay. Staffs behavior is very nice. Location of the stay is very near to the munroe boating spot. Boating also arranged by the hotel staffs at reasonable price. One of the best stay at munroe island. Rooms are very clean restroom is very neat and clean. Overall best stay.

Hotel is good. Clean. Staff is very nice and supportive. Kerala thali was excellent. Housekeeping need some more improvement. People at reception need to improve communication skills to reduce confusion. Overall great place to stay.

This is one of the best place to stay in island. Very close to boating stops. Great staff. New property and very well managed.

The hotel is well maintained. Located in the interiors but a calm and quiet place. Food was very good. Cleaning could have been better. But overall a good hotel and good staff.

Well, i had a good time staying there. The room and room service were both nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was that, the mobile number updated was wrong and it got us bit confused and worried and we had to roam around with out being able to contact the concerned person.
