ต้องโทรทวงข้าวเช้าตลอด แต่ละเช้าต้องทวง 2 ครั้งขึ้นไป บริการไม่ one stop service ไม่รับเรื่องให้ ให้โทรเบอร์ 227 อย่างเดียว ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด ผ้าช็ดตัว/ปลอกหมอนมีคราบเก่า พัก 3 คืนแต่ไม่ทำความสะอาดให้เลย อาหารเช้าน้อย ทานไม่ค่อยอิ่ม

METROのesplanadeから近くも遠く無い立地で、清潔で設備やサービスが整っていた。冷蔵庫やポット有り、ドライヤーは無し。殘念な點は、wifi電波が弱かった事。

Service was good, room was clean, the hot water wasn’t working though I think I needed to turn some knob to use it, not really sure. There may be better options around, since it seemed a bit pricey for Kolkata, booked last minute so not sure.

Room was very small.. 1st they gave room even less than 60 soft. Where it was like box. When i refused to satya and leave the hotel they gave another room around 80 sq fr. Further room was dirty and very unpleasant.

Decent hotel in a convenient location. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food quality also good. The only drawback i observed is that guests hv to take food at room as they do not hv option of a dining hall. Otherwise it is a value for money hotel at prime locality.

I have very bad experience with the panash (hotel and banquets. Room is very much small and there is no window for passing the air. Really it got suffocation in room. I had already vacated the room. How can it possible now.
