Hotel amenities and rooms are pathetic, phone not working, washroom door lock not working, electric swithces out of their cabinet, dirty floor, toiletries missing in washroom, no iron or ironing stand as mentioned in booking voucher. O overall a horrible experience.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was not ready on time, and when I finally checked in, I found it dirty and poorly maintained. The carpets were stained, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were visible marks on the walls. The air conditioning was broken, and despite multiple requests to have it fixed, no one ever came to address the issue. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. On top of that, the noise from outside was disturbing, and I had trouble getting a good night’s sleep. The overall quality of service was subpar, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. For the price, this hotel does not offer value for money. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend it to others.
