We were unable to reach the hotel due to the hotel being in a location which was under water due to massive rain the night before. Tried calling the hotel for hours stranded in the airport because no taxi would take us there but they were unresponsive. In the rare occasions that we got through they would drop the call before transferring it to reservation(for airport pickup). We had no other choice but to move to another hotel after waiting in the airport for 4 hours. They we’re not friendly at all. They know that the Kolkata was in a rare case of cloud burst which was an act of God. No one can predict it. In a matter of just 4 hours we lost 8,000 rupees just like that. They kept denying to approve our refund because of a technicality given the situation that their hotel was not accessible by car due to flood. They also lied to us that calls kept getting through when we have been calling both in their given number and the online number they provided in 訂房網站.com for hours. Definitely not booking here again.

The price paid for the room is not worth staying at this hotel. 1. No hair dryer, no refrigerator 2. The food is not very tasty, it is traditional Indian food. 3.There is limited parking for Uber in front of the hotel.

I booked a deluxe twin bed room but they provide sinngle & their room was not good. Ac problem, refrigerator missing. In room service I called for a towel but they were busy & did not send it to the room. Even for laundry & two sweets they charge high..

The staff forgets sometimes for what they have asked the client to hold on. Happened with me, whereas I was asked to wait during check-in and later the same person asked me why I was waiting.

We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this.

We usually stay here when stopping over in Kolkata as it's conveniently located. You can catch an Uber to the airport for around 150 rupees. It's located next to a supermarket and just down the road is a nice shopping center. The staff were very attentive and helpful even though it was a busy time.

這個是連鎖酒店住的放心，每次出差要是距離不遠都會住假日，環境乾淨，就是有點咖喱味，但是本地的咖喱是真好吃
