The room was very clean n hygienic, it was situated in a prime location so you can purchase all your basic things in just walking distance & multiple resturant options. The staff were very cooperative.

1)I booked a premium room but they gave me a deluxe room, the deluxe room price is lower than the premium room. 2)The receptionist talks very rudely to us, if we ask something then and some receptionist are good . 3)The room smelled very bad.

The location is great, it’s just 5-7 min to Rabindra sarobor which is a great place for morning walks. Besides the hotel is decent with the price given.

The fridge we got was totally water clogged the telephone was not working also the ac remote was not working.But the staff behaviour was good

The pdf said that we get 20% discount on food at vayu but after finishing the food they told us there is no discount at the restaurant of any kind its only for room service. But where is that mentioned?? People at the reception also said in time of checking that we get discount but after confronting them at night they completely fliped their word and start behaving inappropriately which is not acceptable.

location was good but the property management was terrible . I reached at 11.30am . I requested for the room then they made me aware for their check in timing as 1pm. I requested again and again but they said if I want the room before their check in time then I need to pay early check in charges. I asked them to mak3 me speak to their supervisor or owner then they asked me to wait at their reception . Customer dissatisfaction is a emergency escalation thing in hospitality industry but I think they are recruited from roadside that's the reason they don't know the things. Even their reception area was not a comfortable place to wait. Outside its too much warm atmosphere and inside they don't have ac inside . No one from their supervisor or owner came to talk to me. It was totally unbearable for me. I saw that 2 ladies came at 12.20pm and they provided them the room immediately on arrival . So this makes me feel that they have taken me for granted to provide unpleasant experience. Once they provided them a room I requested for a complimentary upgrade then their answer was as if we keep providing complimentary upgrade to all guests then why they made higher category room at higher price ? If I need upgrade then i need to pay additional amount. leave it apart now when I entered the room I found they didn't had dental kit or shaving kit or any amenities which generally all hotels have . When I asked them for it then got answer that it's provided only to higher category rooms (again big surprise). Truly speaking throughout it was a pathetic experience for me which made me check out immediately within 1 hr from that bloody ******** property. I request to refund my money spent at that property as it's not at all a hotel where a guest should stay and had selected it as selection preferred hotel . Totally pathetic.
