About hotel - this is a hotel in an apartment and many rooms are part of the apartment. If you are looking proper hotel don't book it here. Hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark and many things were not working. I did not find hotel as per my expectations, however, its a good option if you have low budget. About food & services - the food was good and tasty and the hotel staff were very supportive. They gave me the option to choose rooms. About location - its near about 4 km from airport. Nearby within 1 km you may not find good places as this place is under development. However, within 3 km there is central mall and good places. Even you can do morning walk to new-town. My overall experience - overall experience is mixed.

It is a huge property. Rooms are big and airy. Staff are too good. Food is delicious. Little bit maintenance needed. It was completely fine with me for which i extended my stay here. Very prompt service. Finally, very safe place. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The bed was very bad. Washroom flush was not working properly. The food was terrible. I have ordered a mutton biryani. They serve into boxes and the there where no potato even the rise was not cooked well. Very very bad service at all.

The stay in xen suites was good. Property good but maintenance is highly required. Food is exorbitantly high. Staff are well behaved and prompt.

Very poor cleanliness in the room, especially bed sheets, pillow covers & bath towels. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Breakfast was ok.

This is not a hotel . The service of the hotel is terrible. There no reception. They do not know the booking details of the customers. The behaviours of the staff is horrible

Food was awesome, Front desk girl was good though the old front desk gentleman seems tired to talk to me, or doesn’t talk at all. Had body fluid / oil stains on the bedsheet, hope it is cleaned. Rest everything is fine, people were breaking glasses and items in the next room while I stayed there and disturbed me throughout. I liked the food service to room though, but no follow ups on my request for laundry service when I checked in, even if they mentioned it is there. There are better options, if you just want to sleep and go quickly this place may be for you. If you want a hotel experience go somewhere else.

Basically, the check-in was delayed by more than 45 mins even when we arrived 1 hour late from the check in time. The room was not clean, washroom wasn't clean, room services were not good. So we had a very poor experience. Moreover the people were creating huge noises in the area outside the room or corridor. We had a very poor experience
