I had a fantastic stay at hotel flavors inn in kolkata! the hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, modern amenities, and cozy rooms. The staff were warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of local and international cuisines. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to major attractions and business hubs. Overall, i highly recommend hotel flavors inn for its excellent hospitality, comfort, and value for money.

Photos and room are not at all matching. Do not prefer to stay as it is totally opposite. Room not clean and washroom is worst

Hotel was average as per the price charged. Foul smell in washroom. Bed sheets and blankets were not cleaned.

When we visit at hotel, hotel staff was good but providing room they took time, and i book the room supervisor dulex room but they provide only dulex room, and room was clean but cockroaches full off romm, and wash room was not good. Especially i can't even spleen properly for 1hours also due to bed condition was terrible situation. All inner springs of bed or pinning out to our body. My experience was terrible.

What you look the most in stay is hygiene and comfort. There were mice and cockroaches in the room. Bucket and mug in the wash room were so dirty. Horrible experience

No elevator intercom doesn’t work not cleaned properly yellow mark on the blanket cover calling bell doesn’t work toilets are not cleaned poor management waited 40 mins for a bottle of water bed mattresses are unhealthy
