Bathroom of room number 509 was terrible.. Like **** and urine were flowing outside... Main door lock was not working properly.

I have a very good experience while staying at hotel park palace,I found the hotel with the help of Google map,and the hotel services are very impressive with food and amenities.

Should focus on maintenance and interior changes. Also, bed mattress and pillows are horrible. Service is good but managers at reception are terrible.

Room condition was terrible, bugs in the bed, dust smell bad over the entire room, toilet was totally unclean since long period. The refrigerator condition was terrible and horrible. I immediately checked out not staying but paid the full amount, did not cancel and did not get any refund or competition.

The hotel is Okeish. Rooms are large enough. A bit old charm. Keeping an Old property clean is definitely a task & they have succeeded to an extent. But needs a lot of work on the rooms. The location is excellent. Right behind the Pantaloons. The lift to the Hotel floor is small. One major Con is PARKING in the premises. There is no parking at all. Outside on the road parking is a pain and chargeable @20/ Hr. They allow an inside premises parking post 8 pm till 8 am. But id there is a delay post 8am for even 5 mins, they will churn you brain with calls and multiple calls. I wont return to this property anymore just because of this reason although this is my 2nd time stay.
