Hotel is in 2nd floor. No lift. Have to carry your luggages. Rooms are normal and very small. After keeping two suitcases no space in room. Had to book this since we had a work in kolkatta university which is near by. Central metro is 8 min walk.

The location is good. The hotel ambience is good. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very good. The room' s condition was very good. Overall a good hotel for a short visit in kolkata in a prime location.

Terrible hotel. Very small room. They charged for extra bed and did not provided it. Ac not working properly. They have only 1 and gourd and one staff whose clothes were were white with swat stains. Pathetic service. Had to check out within 5 hours.

Room were not suitable size. Cleanliness and services were an issue. There were neither proper food nor proper flow in tap of bathroom. Also, the ac not worked and were charged 500 extra for the air-conditioner!

Extremely non cooperative staff. Pathetic rooms with no ventilation and poor service. Staff keep sleeping till 8 am with no botheration if someone needs any help in the morning. No one responds in reception.

The accommodation provided was in an old congested area. The access to the hotel was through a narrow lane which was not motorable. On top i was told after checking in that for availing air-conditioning i would have to pay an additional charge. This is an unfair business practice. It was a small room with no ventilation. I had told them while checking in that i needed the room for only 4 hours after which i had to catch a train. Yet they charged me extra for air-conditioning. Paying around rs 2500 for four hours is a bit exorbitant
