I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Andaman Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

I had one night stay in this hotel with my family for catching early morning flight from kolkata, location is near by airport but it is slightly in isolated place where near by shops are rare. Out side food was strictly prohibited, hotel management must review this policy. Even request for a normal bed was denied and we were given two single bed , forcibly joined together.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at AIRPORT CITY HOTEL, Kolkata. The ambience was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, with an exceptionally spotless bathroom. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all our requests were met promptly. The food was delicious as well. Overall, a great experience! I would rate it 5/5. Thank you for the hospitality.

service and charges not as per tariff charged.. even housekeeping is not aware of room occupancy.. as they are forcefully trying to open doors in midnight around 2am.
