This was my second time to stay in Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and I chose to stay here again because of the exceptional service in all fronts. The staff at the restaurant, led by Biswas, have always been amazing and I’d also say having stayed at the other Kolkata hotels that the food options here are much better. The front staff too are friendly and accommodating. I will choose to stay here again next time.

Basic 4* hotel, that is a little bit out of the way. It's definitely not luxurious, but it was clean and comfortable. The dinner buffet, was below average.

The Bellboys were not available while checking…the room dining comes after 1 hrs of ordering…worst stay…worst stay behaviour A complete mishap the stay was in simple words.

Booked a room for my in-laws. Said the hotel is relatively new, so the rooms are nice. I got them an executive room. It seems the only benefit to this is free drinks during cocktail hour. My in-laws do not drink alcohol and they did not have soft drinks/non-alcoholic drinks, which they were a bit disappointed about.
