I recently stayed at Ethnotel Kolkata, expecting a comfortable experience due to its proximity to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, but unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Rooms & Cleanliness: The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. The room felt dirty, with visible dust, stained linens, and an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were signs of poor maintenance. Service & Staff: The staff was polite, but their responsiveness was slow. Housekeeping took too long to address cleanliness concerns, and overall service did not meet expectations. Dining Experience: The food was average, with limited options. Room service was slow, and the quality did not justify the price. Noise Levels: Being near the airport, the rooms were quite noisy, and the soundproofing was inadequate. It was difficult to get a peaceful rest. Overall Impression: While the hotel’s location is convenient, the dirty rooms and slow service made the stay uncomfortable. It needs better maintenance and improved service to justify its pricing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless cleanliness improves.

The Hotel cleanliness and service is terrible. When I enter the hotel the toilet was dirty with shits on the side. Beside my room was maintenance going on, the smell of the Glue for the carpet was so strong it was smoke in my room. My room was beside the main road, all night was sound of car passing by and also sunlight comes early as the window curtain does not stop the sunlight come inside.

Very nice hotel,it near the airport,but it is quite.I reach hotel very late for the next day fight. The room has big space and clean. Good service is as well
