Worst experience. Stay 2 days and AC is not working. After repeatedly complaints nobody taken seriously. First day they given fan and second day they just denied.

Very professional staff, greets with smile and provide great services. Their In Room Dining menu is also good (with 24 hrs food options). They have neat and clean rooms. In short, a Hotel to worth visit again.

Reception crew were good / food quality was very good / spread out in breakfast was very good / AC for room 201 was not working optimum / Mosquitos a plenty / Toilets smelly stained and no pressure on water flow / no hot water coming / kettle ont working / mattress were very old and already hulky / Overall 3/5

Rooms are not that good below average, as per the hotel standard after taking identity proof they are clicking photos of the guest.. Food was worst .. i never had such bad biriyani in my life ever
