location is difficult site and 8th floor room is price is high food is good but none vage is not hotal

For those who are going to Kolkata for us visa processing, this is the best hotel to stay at. Literally 5 minutes walk from the consulate, 15 minutes walk from biometric center. good location, decent veg fare at reasonable price in the hotel itself. Only keep in mind that you need to inform 45 minutes to 1 hour in advance for any food service. Food Portion sizes are a little on the smaller side but prices are reasonable. The rooms are tidy with excellent AC. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and book again.

The place location was nice but the amenities were below par, the things in room like bottle, towels, soap all were unhygienic.

The rooms are made-up on the roof with no amenities like electric kettle, the cleaning staff doesn't do the job even after requesting for cleaning the room they don't clean the room. It's better to book any other hotel/guesthouse. Not worth the money

Proximity to the park street makes it a default choice. Room was ideal for a solo traveller. Neat & tidy.

the stay was primarily for the appointment at the us embassy. hence other than the proximity to the embassy, there’s no other feature that stands out for the hotel considering. the top floor is accessible only by stairs, it was extremely difficult for my aged mother to access the room and this wasn’t mentioned during the booking. the room was neat and clean, but the linens and towels had a bad oily smell. in fact the bathroom also was just there, no pressure on the taps or showers. the staff was extremely polite and helpful, hence the average rating including the proximity, otherwise i wouldn’t recommend this place.

Rooms are ok. My room was in 9th floor and kind of stand alone cottage in some metal structure. So many sound comes from the adjacent area. Very conjured toilet and bath. I enjoyed terrace area with good sun ray in next day morning with my morning tea. Staff are good. But check out was delayed. Overall it’s good stay.

I was allotted a room in the terrace, the interior of the room is kind of outdated, joinery giving away. The least expected is a provision of electric kettle in a room but was not there. Since the room being in terrace there is no water pressure in the showerhead, it would just bathe the wall instead of a person. Overall a bad experience.

Very easy accessible location. Pure vegetarian food was also good-and tasty. Staff was of helping nature and polite. In all a very good experience.
