No fan regulator, no ac remote. All direct with no control. No tv settop box so no tv. No restaurant.

The room was so clean and the reception was so helpful. The room service was outstanding and the interaction was so humble. The perfect place to stay in Kolkata at an affordable and reasonable price.

Service is very poor, food and tea are not available in hotel.Hotel maneger refused to giving mosquito liquid in room, I faced mosquito whole night. That was very bad experience of stay. Improvement should be required.

Am try to get my hotel bill for last 7 days but i didn't get yet. Bathrooms is full of mosquitoes. Windows full of spider net. Kitchen is closed approximately 7pm. In breakfast veg menu only tea and toast. I am patiently corporate but now am exhausted 7 day and no appropriate reply from hotel side regarding my bill. Don't book this hotel. My booking is extended 2 days because of my work then i have no option to go another hotel in night. That's why am going booking because show high price and am already seen room condition then why am paying more. Now say you are going booking we are not helpful in this matter. Before any help or raise in your price kindly check hotel condition and quality you provided. Worst hotel worst experience

Rooms -shabby, no break fast given for both days telephone not working in rooms. Before giving room it was not cleaned it was total dissatisfaction i had booked room with breakfast. I hove checked out now. Cannot add images. Also what about my money paid for breakfast while booking
