Check-in was severely delayed with~ 2 and half hour delay. Room hygiene was concerning with cup and kettle left unclean with stains from previous usage. Complaint was made and attended promptly by the management team. Problems were resolved afterward. Overall stay experience was average, need to improve in check-in process, room hygiene and poor wifi connection. Satisfy with the promptly action of the management team in rectifying the issues. They should be praised for that.

We recently had a stay at Zone By The Park as a group of medical doctors attending a conference in Kolkata, and I want to share an updated review. Initially, we encountered significant check-in delays and some frustrating issues with the front desk and room cleanliness upon arrival. However, what truly defined our experience was how the management team stepped in. They provided a prompt response and handled the situation with utmost professionalism and care, completely turning things around and showing us genuine warm hospitality. Beyond the management's swift resolution, the food at the hotel was fantastic and absolutely delicious! We completely understand that challenges can happen in the service industry, but what matters most is how a team responds and provides solutions. Because of the management's great dedication and wonderful recovery service, our stay ended up being great. We will definitely visit again the next time we are back in Kolkata!
