Our family stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you’re travelling with your family. The service was pathetic, and the overall experience was unpleasant from the start. While the rooms were spacious, they were poorly maintained. The washrooms resembled unattended public toilets — unhygienic and dirty. The linens provided were stained and clearly not fresh. Even the most basic services were either lacking or poorly executed. This is not the kind of experience any family would want during a vacation. The hotel management seriously needs to improve their standards and prioritize cleanliness and customer care.

Very good hotel, I have stayed in this property during Jan 2025 and April 2025, their hospitality is too good. This property is located in the middle location of the city. Big rooms with nest and clean toilets, well maintained property.

The hotel rooms were average and service was good. But faced some issues like no elevator, no buffet available for breakfast & dinner (limited thali was provided), TV with damaged screen, average washroom etc. I would rather say it was neither good nor bad, it was average.

Booking through mm t was quite easy. Property location is in the centre easily accessible to all the places to visit. Staff is quite cooperative. The property is not well maintained
