"An unforgettable stay - for all the wrong reasons" I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel "Hotel Raj" in Kolkata, and I feel compelled to share my experience. What was meant to be a relaxing 訂房網站 turned into a series of frustrations and disappointments that left me eager to check out. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the lack of cleanliness. The lobby, while grand in design, was marred by dust and grime. This theme of neglect continued in my room, which not only lacked basic amenities like complimentary water and coffee, but also harbored a disconcerting musty smell. The staff, though polite, were largely unresponsive. Requests for service were met with delays or forgotten entirely, adding to the growing list of grievances. Their inability (or unwillingness) to rectify issues was surprising, given the hotel's claim of superior customer service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Hotel Raj. The poor hygiene and ineffective service seriously detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay. There are undoubtedly better options available in Kolkata for discerning travelers seeking comfort and value.

The rooms are not clean. The condition of the washroom is terrible. It is not worth the price paid. Blankets are not washed for so long. The room is like garbage filled with used plastic and rubber items. Ac is working well. I found insects in the room. Cockroaches and snails are present in the washroom. Walls are full of mould.

Absolutely worthless, no ac, no fresh bed sheets, no service. No support from reception. Deceived with the name.

The photo shown was completely different from the rooms they had.
