Rooms was very ordinary and washroom is old even no proper service facility and response of staff. As per their terrif a lot of other options ( big hotel chain even autonomous property.

I'm a frequent traveller at stayotel hotel kolkata. Everytime I book hotel from Make my 訂房網站 only. In this hotel food portion may be a little less but food is very delicious and they also have variety of foods also. Their staff behavior is also very very helpful. Whenever you want food you'll get it. I'll recommend everyone to stay here

overall quality of hotel 8 out of 10 food quality 9.5 out of 10 staff 6 out of 10 (I am giving 6 only because of the indifferent behavior of the reception lady.. rest staff especially the guard was great)

I stayed one night at this hotel on a business 訂房網站 and found this place very good. Firstly the location. It is very close to kolkata airport 10 mins drive. The place is clean, rooms are spacious and they have a decent restuarant. Service is quick and overall a very convenient and satisfying hotel.
