Room was clean and cosy. However, the AC wasn't cooling enough. Upon raising this concern, an attendant from the hotel got the AC vents cleaned after which the cooling improved. While there was a small study table, a chair was missing which was promptly brought in upon informing the hotel authorities. Overall the room was good and the service satisfactory. The hotel staff were very courteous.

Property is located in center of city with good accessibility. Rooms were clean, but as new hotel breakfast options were very limited.

The service is terrible. Despite of booking a family room we were given a very small room. There was no breakfast buffet availability. Too limited breakfast option. We ordered for breakfast at 8. 30 and they told to wait for 15 mins however the breakfast was served at 10 when we couldn't even consume because we had to immediately check out. I am a co-partner of makemy訂房網站 still received such service. We are forced to convince guests to book hotels at mmt, i am just shocked at how bad service is given to guest. I need the full refund!
