This hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever been to. This hotel is not good place for travellers. Even domestic low class travelers will also think twice before halting in this hotel.

I losr my pastport in Kalkotta on the 14 Oct 2025 when i reachef the hotel and was very dedperate and lost. But hotel manager helped me to fine amd locate my lpst item and even help be my interpreter at the police station. I am very grateful to hotel manager Vikash. He is a fantastic himan being. Tom Ho Singapore
