I have not stayed with his hotel. bcz I had booked this 23 to 24 march bi instead of 22 to 23 march, which I had booked in the property only, they were very known to me as I had booked their property in their hotel. still they refused and not given me any property, although I know it's a human error, but still it hurts.

Terrible experience. Don't trust on photos. I had very bad experience with this hotel. They have shown a dark and stinky room where one small window opens to next room (privacy concern. Rooms are smalls and basic amenities aren't available and need to ask for everything. Free/complimentary breakfast not been served. Noisy ceiling fan, slow and old ac installation. Rooms are not airy and spacious. You will have suffocation in such rooms. And, they don't provide better room options.

No maintenance of rooms are done. Cockroach roaming about. No toiletries except soap was given. No back up cook asked for food but as the cook was away no food supplied. Oh yes unclean torn bedsheets. The bedsheets had small holes from cigarettes probably. When asked to change they said we just changed its clean.

Hotel lacks good ventilation, has noisy surroundings, doesn't have lift, room is very small as compared to shown. They don't have proper place for breakfast. Tv is too small and has no proper channels. Room was clean though but it smelled bad in t ye lobby as it was construction work going on.

Very pathetic service... Too greedy hotel owners charging 1000 for early check in just 2 hours prior to check in time Not a very good hotel at all Would never recommend to visit Very poor hospitality

I booked an executive room with air conditioning for 2 adults and 2 children, but they gave me a 2 single bed room which is very small and the condition of the room is very bad

Room was very shabby, plaster was broken, walls were damp, only chair in the room was broken, fan regulator was broken and many more.
