The room was not ready, even when we booked 15 days before, the sheets were itchy, no towels, provided, no provision of restaurant, the in charge was non cooperative, no one to take the luggage upstairs, no provision of electric kettle, the room was tiny, very tiny

I was completely dissatisfied with the hotel and the behaviour of the receptionist or manager. Staying in the hotel=wasting of money. Rooms are very small water coming from ac whole bed became wet. Total stay was horrible.

We stayed to one night as we had transit flight we booked that silver line but it’s really disappointing us as there was not towels and room also not cleaned drinking water was smelling we didn’t use it not value for money please think before you book it
