龜島山坡度假村 (Koh Tao Hillside Resort)

生氣～～～，很失望！這裡就除了海景很漂亮，其他的我真的不敢苟同，別相信圖片上的什麼豪華的東西，請看我們照的真實圖片吧，首先上下山路真的很陡，我們騎著摩託車下山，那麼小心都差點摔了，而且房間真實的情況就是整體真的很破舊，貌似從來都不維修，像個被遺忘了的角落！很多房間的門幾乎都是沒有鎖，似乎不用check-in就直接可以進去住，床單有很多破洞，整體就是很shabby，而且衞生間和洗手枱上到處都是螞蟻，尤其是洗手枱，簡直就是ants sanitary，而且最令人覺得不可思議的是，一個幾百塊錢一晚上的酒店的廁所里居然會沒有垃圾桶，我們一天都沒有呆直接就走了，等於白給了酒店500多塊錢。

Our stay in Hillside resort was very good. It's quite place, no many people, great for relax. View from bungalow is excellent 👌💯 If we come again to Koh Tao in the future... for sure we stay here.

В номере были тараканы. За 2 суток к нам не приходили убираться , а только оставили 2 бутылки воды и туалетную бумагу у двери входной. На ресепшене девушка вежливая, но дала не верную информацию- сказала что на пирсе ко тао можно бесплатно оставить вещи на сохранении и самим уехать на экскурсию. Нет это не так. В самом отеле завтраки каждый день завтракали в разных местах - по лестницам ходить туда-сюда было не удобно. Расположение отеля хорошее, есть бесплатный трансфер 3 раза в день к 7/11, удобно. Был бассейн - грязный. Снорклинг красивый у отеля, встретила черепаху там. Завтрак в отеле очень скудный.

Kind and friendly staff, however, the access is terrible, super steep. The van service is too limited.

Tendras unas vistas alucinantes desde la habitación y la verdad que el personal muy atento y siempre con ganas de ayudar. Lo que no me gusto es que las fotos no coinsiden con la realidad y el Risort aun esta en obras tiene un gran potencial pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, la cama no es nada comoda para el precio que se paga, la decoración de la habitación es muy basica no hace que te sientas en un supee Risort que es lo que se ve en las fotos, las vistas si las tendras, pero no te esperes grandes comodidades, despues esta contruido en un acantilado y la cuesta para ir hasta la salida del hotel telita jajajjajaja esto para personas mayores lo veo difícil, aún que yo creo que si fuera el casa tienen un carrito de golf en el que nos bajaron las maletas que podria usarse para ayudar a las personas mayores. Otra de las cosas buenas y recomiendo si o si es coger la lancha desde el hotel hasta la pequeña isla de al lado son 3 minutos pero es un lugar increible que no te puedes perder si vas, también ofrecen la opcion de alquilar moto que eso esta super bien porque ya la coges desde el hotel y cuando te vayas puedes dejarla allí mismo ¡ Eso te ahorra el camino hasta otra agencia de motos que hay mil! En resumen lo recomiendo porque la estancia, si la comparo en global fue buena pero no te esperes grandes lujos.

Вид очень красивый, в целом все хорошо, но спуски и подъемы до номеров это отдельная история))) и если вы заезжаете в низ отеля на байке, проверьте тормоза и тягу вашего байка)))

Where to start? First of all DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITHOUT READING THIS. We read so many bad reviews about this place and we didn't want to believe it could be that bad. We arrived at Koh Tao and called the hotel since the guy who was supposed to pick us up (as arranged the previous day) wasn't there, yet the hotel owner (the old guy with glasses that you read on the other comments about) said he was there looking for us. We waited, and he never arrived - we called again and the guy remembered to send someone... we had to wait another 20 minutes. After our arrival we didn't know where to go since we were left at the kitchen/lobby area and there was no one to be seen. We called the owner again and he came to greet us and we told him that we were very tired and we wanted to go to our rooms, my friend ask him why wasn't anyone there to pick us up or to book us in to which he responded that "We were late. It's open 8 to 4 ok?". I told him it was not ok and after arguing for a few minutes I was already on the app of 訂房網站 asking for help (I was offered a refund or to talk to the owner). After 訂房網站 called the owner, he came with one key and we told him we booked 2 rooms not 1. He gave us two Seaview rooms since he didn't have garden view rooms for both of us. We thought what a nice guy... until we arrived to the rooms. Well you can see the pictures yourselves, everything was dirty and my friends room couldn't close the main door and also it had geckos inside, along with a flickering main light and a lack of plug points. He was changed to a deluxe room (still pretty bad for the price they were asking). Since we were very tired we rolled with the punches and slept on those disgusting sheets. Next morning I asked the owner to please change my sheets since they were smelly and dirty, he came with 2 girls with new sheets but ohhh surprise one of my "clean" sheets was completely a mess and she saw it and still decided to put it on my bed until I pointed out to massive spots of some sort of food. They had to go and bring new ones, we were offered free transportation to the city, in our last day when we asked the driver to take us please he agreed with a fee of 50 baht, well as expected he wanted to charge us to pay him 400 baht at the end of the 訂房網站. Before I even forget, prepare going 1000 steps up and 1000 down on some staircase because you going to need it if you book this hotel. That goes without mentioning how steep the place is. Overall is a really bad experience for a beautiful view of the sea. If the owner would put some effort and money into this hotel it could be a great hotel. But as it is now, it's not suitable for anyone.

We booked a room online and prepaid but when we showed up to the hotel we were told it had been overbooked and that there was no room for us meaning that we were then left homeless for the night and had to pay over 訂房網站le the price of the current hotel room to stay somewhere else (this was a few days after the full moon party so everywhere on the island was booked up) we had also called the hotel before to make sure there was a room available before catching the ferry but when we got there the story had changed. One of their drivers then offered us a free taxi but took us half way down the road and dropped us there with no information with our bags and then drove off!

First room they put us in was falling off the mountain. Very unsafe deck. No Wi-Fi. Power keep going off. Ac barely worked. And the room was not at all what was in the picture I booked. Moved to second room which was nicer. Still So no Wi-Fi. The road driving in and out of the “resort” was a death trap. I am a very skilled motorbike driver and was no problem for me but anyone not skilled should avoid. If u met anyone driving the other way in the road you would most likely both crash and tumble down the hill. The restaurant that is advertised as open all day is only breakfast. And it’s awful. It’s not a buffet. We paid extra for free breakfast but it’s fee to everyone anyway. Not that u want to eat it. And my partner was stung by 2 bees in the restaurant. The pool is surrounded by construction that has been there for who knows how long. And they that guys are beating hangers at 8am Avoid this place. Way over priced. For the same price you can start at Poseidon or another place right on the water.
