I do not recommend staying at this hotel. First of all - upon arrival we were informed that there were no more places in the hotel (even though the hotel and 訂房網站.com had confirmed their stay). No one informed us about the lack of places until the check-in. Check-in took place at the Pranee hotel, but after signing the documents, they redirected us to another hotel, where the air conditioning did not work, towels and bed linen were dirty. 訂房網站 did not help in any way - they informed that other hotels did not have places, even though there were places because we were in several hotels. I advise against it.
