第一次入住，剛到的時候竟然說沒有我訂的房型（3個多月前就訂了），被安排到一個不像是提供給客人的房間（很小，很黑），當天剛好是老公的生日，所以特別生氣跟失望，後來通過爭取，才幫我們換到其它房間（依然不是原本訂的房型，是比較便宜的）住了一晚才換回原本訂的房型，還好每個服務人員態度都很好，臉上也都掛著笑容，才讓這個假期再愉快起來~

I really liked my two nights here. The service was impeccably friendly and helpful, and the cost per night was veey reasonable. The location was excellent, being right on the beach and only a short walk from the nightlife in Lamai. It was also far enough away that there was virtually no noise pollution. Overall, I would stay here again!

Das Resort hat wirklich eine super Lage man ist in 5 Gehminuten am Nachtmarkt und auch sonst super gelegen für Unternehmungen! Jedoch ist die Anlage einwenig in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht unbedingt negativ ist man sieht es an der ein oder anderen Ecke! Das Meer hier ist ein wenig wechselhaft aber eher von der dreckigeren Seite da gibt es hier natürlich schönere Strände! Ansonsten super Strandpromenade zum spazieren!

Wieder mal alles bestens. Beste Lage in Lamai, da nicht im überfüllten Strandbereich, aber dennoch alles gut und fußläufig zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne dorthin.

จองห้องพักวิวสวน แต่ทางที่พักอัพเกรดให้เป็นวิวทะเล โดยไม่เพิ่มค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ห้องพักราคาถูก ในราคาหลักพันต้นๆ แต่มีอ่างอาบน้ำให้ ภายในห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารอร่อย แต่แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นเท่าไร อาจเป็นเพราะห้องใหญ่ด้วย ที่พักนี้เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องการพักผ่อนจริงๆ เพราะมีความเงียบสงบ และยังติดชายหาด สามารถนั่งทานอาหารริมหาดได้ มีมุมสวีท เหมาะสำหรับคู่รัก นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม สุภาพ เอาใจใส่ลูกค้าดีค่ะ

Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind wahrscheinlich schon 10 Jahre alt. Wir waren erst in einem Bungalow am Strand untergebracht der sehr klein war und das Bad roch übel. Nach einer Nacht konnten wir umziehen ins Hauptgebäude in ein geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Bädern. Der Whirlpool ist abgedeckt und nicht zu benutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sie kümmern sich, sie machen Dinge möglich- das Personal macht das Hotel schön. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden.

The standard garden view room that is shown in the pictures is not the room you get. You get a hut with a double bed in it which is not very comfortable. No way could a bath fit in it. The roof leaked on our hut, luckily not above the bed so wasn't a big problem, just put a towel on it. There is no where to sit other than a small wooden bench on porch, but not big enough for two people. Small very dated and bodged shower room. Needs renovating. . The small area of the pool had no tiles on it and if you touched it black slime came off. This has now been hidden with a sheet of plywood. The staff are lovely, very polite and smiling and always helpfull. There was a wedding then a bbq on the beach and the staff did a great job. Having said all this we did go back and stay because of the location. Only a few minutes into busy part of lamai and great beach.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we received the best service and assistance. The room was very big and spacious with big windows for lots of natural sunlight. The resort is right on the beautiful Lamai beach with sun loungers to chill and enjoy a drink. The area is very peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The resort has a massive swimming pool and a beautiful dining area outside. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort!

Fabulous hotel with the friendliest staff. We had a cottage right on the beach, small but fine for two people. Breakfast was excellent .

Jeg boede her i fire dage, sammen med min kæreste. Vi havde først bestilt to overnatninger, men valgte at blive yderligere to. Hotellet ligger et utroligt flot sted, lige ud til Lamai Beach. Her kan man frit bruge hotellets liggestole, sækkestole med mere. Personalet er meget smilende og hjælpsomme, hvilket gjorde besøget super godt! Derudover er der en god pool og god mad til en fin pris. Der afholdes også grill aftener med live musik, cocktail aftener osv. som var hyggeligt i restauranten med udsigt til stranden og havet. Vi kunne sagtens forestille at komme på besøg her igen i fremtiden ☺️🙌
