Room wasn’t made up each day and due to the amount of trees etc, lots of mosquitoes. At night the only option was to spray mosquito spray and try to sleep with that smell.  Not sure how they would fix that but, they need to look at something. Even swimming in the pool was awkward due to mosquitoes.  Other than that, a very comfortable place and great location.

Vor Ort angekommen bekamen wir ohne Hinweis nicht das Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten. Ohne Jacuzzi und ohne Meerblick. Keine Entschuldigung oder Handeln des Personals auch nach Kontakt mit Manager. Uns wurde ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten, hier warteten wir aber eine Stunde aufgrund des Personalmangels und die Auswahl war begrenzt. Handtücher waren dreckig und die Bettwäsche auch. Auch in Bad war es nicht sauber. Eine Antwort vom Hotel Chef auf meine Beschwerdemail kam bis heute nicht zurück. Pro: Lage des Hotels ist gut und man kann am Abend in der Gegend zu Fuß essen gehen etc., Strandlage

Отель уставший. Останавливались в большой вилле с бассейном. Бассейн очень грязный и вода ооочень хлорированная. Купаться в нем Неприятно. На ресепшене персонал не услужливый. Не рекомендую этот отель.

La piscine est sympa par contre nous avons réserver une chambre avec jacuzzi extérieur mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car pas mis en marche et pas propre et quand nous avons fait notre réclamation ils l’ont mis en marche mais ils ne l’ont pas nettoyé Le service en chambre est bidon car il a fallut demander le changement des serviettes Le personnel n’est pas sympa et pas souriant du tout on a l’impression de les faire chier Le petit déjeuner une catastrophe car un choix très limité Je déconseille cet hôtel

Die Häuser stehen sehr eng zusammen, und das der kleine Pool am Weg liegt, ist etwas ungünstig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt gern Kundenwünsche.
