Great location on the beach front, plus in the party area of Koh Sumai. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, and bars. Many small shops for shopping, for clothes, bags, swimwear and much more, mainly set up for the happy tourists. Again, it is close to a shopping mall, with quite a few high-end retailers. The hotel is older but in reasonable condition. Our room was comfortable, clean. The bedding was ok, clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site was on the beach front, along with the pool. The food at the restaurant was quite good, with a good variety. The pool is dated but a popular spot for the guests. Our room had one problem, and that was a funky smell in the bathroom. It was quite overwhelming at times. The shower pressure was ok. The WiFi was ok. Staff were very helpful when needed. Bonus is able to rent motor scooters through the hotel. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Приятный недорогой отель. Прекрасный персонал. Очень близко к барам и кафе, но пляж не для купания. Вода в бассейне была странного зеленого цвета.

โรงแรมเป็นโรงแรมเก่า ไม่เคยได้รับการปรับปรุง ห้องหน้าต่างแอร์เก่าและชำรุด พนักงานโอเคเป็นกันเอง สระน้ำไม่สะอาดตะไคร้เขียวและสระเล็ก รูปรีวิวกับรูปของโรงแรมไม่ค่อยตรงปรก เรื่องทำเลดีมาก ถ้าโรงแรมได้กับการรีโนเวทมันจะดีมากและน่าอยู่

Not recommended if you are light sleeper with music bouncing till morning 5am outside the street. Hotel is old and poorly maintained... shower rack at shower area drop off at Check-in...no lift if you are having big luggage to higher level...carpark lot limited and cramp.

Остановились на одну ночь, потом продлили еще на три, до этого ночевали на ламаи бич и еще с одном отеле на Чавенге, что могу сказать об этом, на мой взгляд оптимальное соотношение цена-качество. Плюсы: хорошее расположение в центре, и тишина ночью, так как он слегка в глубине. Удобные кровати и подушки, хороший чистый бассейн прямо на пляже, близость к ночной жизни. Минусы: слабый напор воды в душе, и так по мелочи, маленький балкончик, но, повторюсь, за свои деньги отлично 👍 В следующий раз я бы забронировала этот отель снова😀

Montien House was in a great location. Busy street but nicely tucked out of the way for quiet times. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Our room was bright and roomy. The restaurant was good although only ate there once. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would go back again if in that area. The only negative was the pool it was very cloudy after a few days. But the beach is right there so swam in the sea. Lots of room choices. We stayed in the cheapest room in the main building and it was fine.

Главный минус- отель на первой линии, но без моря, в котором возвможно поплавать, нужно идти на сосейдний пляж примерно 400 метров. Завтраки отличные. В номере чисто, но присутствует запах сырости, мебель старая.
