環境很好，前台服務人員很友善，就是房間不太隔音，隔壁手機振動我都可以聽見，還有就是進屋🈶香味，時間久了，可以聞到説下水道的味道，然後使勁用香氣遮住的感覺，不太舒服，其他都好，早餐也好，雖然種類不是太多，但是足夠吃好

今次入住尊貴泳池別墅，環境乾淨寬敞，在房間開玻璃門就可以下泳池很方便，泳池大有按摩，噴水很舒服，水質也很乾淨👍 酒店每日有兩班車接載去查文海灘嗰邊，上午11點及下午兩點去程，回程就要自己搭車回酒店。酒店有提供免費玩直立板及划艇👍酒店早餐不太多款式，但味道可以。 Olivio 餐廳食物很好味👍 食午餐一路睇海景幾舒服。酒店行出大路，有幾間餐廳，按摩，預約水上活動店舖，如果步行去 7–11 大約 6 分鐘今次預約酒店機場接送很好司機很Nice 👍 400 b .

一次非常差的體驗，被安排一間類似在地牢的房間，一開門見到的是另外一欄的外牆，房間有蚊。不推薦，服務態度有待改善。

第三次入住曼函安，上一次來是七年前，這次酒店房間新裝修過了。換了新浴缸和牆面裝飾。酒店的佈局很可愛，房間大，衞浴乾濕分離，花園漂亮，餐廳和泳池都在海邊，在無邊泳池那裡拍照，很好看。餐廳出品很好吃。有接機服務，每天有兩班到查文大街的單程班車，提前預約一下就可以。所有員工服務態度都很好。泳池邊提供免費的槳板玩。酒店前的沙灘，沙很細，水很淺，水很清，往裡走很遠都才到腰，而且有大量的小魚群。很適合帶小朋友來玩。酒店出來的街邊，有按摩、飯店、租車、貨幣兌換，衹是便利店稍有點距離。總的來説，安靜、景美，交通方便，適合度假。

The hotel itself is in the best position in chaweng beach. The structure is nice, though I have to say it wasn’t very clean. Our premium room was very humid and above all the floor left our feet completely dirty with black feet, which is an issue if you have a small baby. I’ve asked the reception to clean the floor showing my dirty feet, but nothing has changed after the cleaning of the room.

Overall: The hotel itself is quite lovely, though its location might not be ideal for those seeking easy access to city centers or a wide variety of nearby activities. Pros: * In-room Pool: The in-room pool was a fantastic feature. Cons: * Disruptive Cleaning: Daily room cleaning, typically between 3-5 PM, often interrupted our plans, especially our enjoyment of the in-room pool. Our request for earlier cleaning (12 PM) was not honored. The cleaning itself was very quick (around 15 minutes). * Uncleanliness: The bathtub was dirty (pictures provided), and the overall floor cleanliness was unsatisfactory. * Inconsistent Service: Hotel staff were generally agreeable to requests, but follow-through was unreliable. An issue with the shower (alternating between scalding hot and icy cold water) was poorly addressed, and the problem persisted throughout our stay . Key Improvements: * Flexible Cleaning Times: Offer guests more flexibility in scheduling room cleaning, perhaps with a designated "do not disturb" option. * Enhanced Cleaning Standards: Improve cleaning protocols, particularly in bathrooms. * Improved Service Delivery: Ensure that guest requests and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. I hope this revised version is more helpful and concise!
