I was really disappointed in the service from the service staff. They were extremely avoidant. Not as friendly and welcoming as the other staff.

Siamo state per 3 notte nel hotel Arkbar e, seguendo i consigli di altri ospiti precedenti, abbiamo chiesto una stanza lontana della piscina. La pool party è veramente buona e va fino molto tarde. Il pubblico target è sicuramente i giovani, ma noi come coppia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avrei preferito un hotel con colazione a buffet, ma è andato bene il loro ristorante che si trova davanti l'hotel. Molto carino il piccolo villaggio con i negozi che fanno strada verso il bar, piscina, spiaggia. La decorazione è moderna, stanza super ampia e con la veranda che ci permette di asciugare i vestiti. L'unica pecca è stata quando si fa la doccia perché la pendenza del pavimento è stata fatto verso in fuori, allagando tutto il bagno. Meno male che faceva 35 gradi e si asciugava mentri eravamo fuori. Nel complesso abbiamo piaciuto moltissimo, ottima location non solo per la spiaggia ma anche per i negozi, ristorante e tutto quanto.

Die Zimmer sind gut, etwas wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Sehr laut in der Nacht durch das angrenzende Nachtleben. Am Morgen starten die teils sehr lauten Flugzeuge direkt über das Zimmer.

가격대비 훌륭합니다. 밤에 클럽때문에 시끄럽지만 전 시끌벅적이 좋아서 괜찮았어요. 클럽에서 먼쪽방으로 요청하세요. 바로 해변으로 나갈수있어요. 아침에 해변으로 나가면 정말좋아요

Best location in Chaweng. Party starts around noon time and never stops. Highly recommended, rooms are not affected by the music outside.
