熱帶天堂花園蘇梅島 (Tropical Heavens Garden Samui)

The villas are brand new and the whole property is well maintained. The owners and the staff are so friendly including snowflake (the cat) . They cook real authentic Thai food too. In the room you can watch Netflix and all. They have an amazing spa right at the front. The pool area is a nice place to hangout and sip on some cocktails 💕💕💕

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tropical Heavens Garden Samui. L’endroit est magnifique, extrêmement bien entretenu, et le jardin est tout simplement incroyable, avec une végétation luxuriante et de nombreuses fleurs. L’ambiance est paisible, parfaite pour se détendre. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et joliment décorée avec une touche naturelle et chaleureuse (mobilier en bambou, belle fresque murale…). Le petit déjeuner était excellent : copieux, varié, avec des produits frais. Un vrai régal chaque matin ! Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, ce sont les propriétaires. Un couple adorable, attentionné et très accueillant. Ils parlent français, anglais et thaïlandais, ce qui est très pratique. Ils ont été d’une grande aide : location de scooter à un prix vraiment très bas (quelques euros), conseils sur les restaurants, plages, activités locales, et toujours disponibles pour discuter et partager leurs bons plans. Nous avons eu de très beaux échanges avec eux, ce qui a vraiment enrichi notre expérience. La piscine est également un vrai plus, toujours propre et calme. L’emplacement est bon, mais je recommande vivement d’avoir un scooter (ou autre moyen de transport) pour explorer l’île facilement. Nous étions deux, et sans hésitation, nous reviendrons ici si nous retournons à Samui ! ❤️

The best hotel we stayed during our stay in the Thai Islands. The bungalow are 2min walk from a beautiful and quiet beach. The staff and the owners are very nice with very good advice. The rooms are quiet, cute and very clean. The breakfast is also very good.

A wonderful spot for someone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful place. Friendly staff, hospitable owners who made our stay very cozy. There is everything you might need at the villa, the owners are always eager to help. Located a bit remotely but it's not a big deal if you have a bike. Absolutely loved the place, would love to be back one day.

Очень приятные и дружелюбные хозяева. Бунгало чистое, комфортное и просторное. Вкусные завтраки. Море недалеко, в 10 минутах ходьбы (единственный минус в апреле моря по грудь и отливы, но так по всему Самуи). Так же пройдя немного по пляжу имеются различные рестораны. Всем советую, вернусь сюда снова!

I stayed here with my sister and her newborn baby for one night (after we had to stay 3 nights in hospital prior to this due to baby being poorly) before travelling back to Phangan the next day. The lovely French guy who runs the place was very welcoming and hospitable. We were greeted with a smile and a chat and were shown to our room which was everything we needed for the night including a cot for the baby. We ordered dinner which was lovely and, apart from a restless night because of baby, we slept comfortably. The room was provided with a small fridge with a selection of drinks which was truly ideal for us as we weren’t able to go anywhere in the evening. Thank you Tropical heavens garden Samui for having us at such short notice and providing us with a quiet comfortable place to stay

Très bon accueil dans ce petit havre de paix. Chaque demande est satisfaite immédiatement. Le bungalow etait confortable et équipé comme souhaité. Il est possible de louer un scooter et réserver un taxi depuis l'hôtel. On se sent choyés 😊 Le petit déjeuner est servi sur demande pour 280 baths. Il était de qualité. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas servi avant 8h30 ce qui nous a empêché d'en profiter tous les jours.

Das Hotel war in unserem Zeitraum zu Recht ausgebucht :-) Das Tropical Heaven ist wirklich eine tolle kleine Oase an einem ruhigen Versteck. Der Pool ist rund um die Uhr nutzbar und sauber. Es gibt Roller für 300 Baht pro Tag und Helme für jeden Gast. Außerdem gab es zwei kostenlose Fahrräder, mit denen man bei Verfügbarkeit kleinere Strecken zurücklegen konnte. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenlose Lampen für die Fahrräder sowie Taschenlampen, wenn man mal zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Kann man sich einfach wegnehmen und auf Vertrauensbasis wieder hinstellen. Genauso ist es mit den Getränken am Kühlschrank bei der Rezeption. Wenn man sich abends was trinkt, kann man am nächsten Morgen kurz Bescheid geben, damit es auf das Zimmer gebucht wird. Das Frühstück für 240 Baht pro Person war der Hammer. Es war so schön angerichtet und Laila macht wunderbares Brot und Pancakes :-) Generell möchten wir uns beim gesamten Team für den liebevollen Umgang mit den Gästen und auch untereinander bedanken. Dante ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und seine Frau Cecilia auch total sympatisch. Pierre hat eine Karte mit QR Codes im Eingangsbereich, auf denen er seine persönlichen Empfehlungen geteilt hat. Diese sind dann touristisch auch nicht so überlaufen. Eine wunderbare Idee mit Geheimtipps. Ganz tolles Resort! Immer wieder gerne!

Plusy: Zameldowanie bardzo szybkie z zimnym napojem na powitanie. Teren obiektu bardzo ładny, wspaniale utrzymany i pielęgnowany. Wieczorem wspaniale oświetlony. Masaże w bardzo dobrej cenie, które mogą być realizowane nawet w pokoju (ok. 300B za 1h). Wypożyczalnia skuterów na miejscu. Z masaży ani ze skuterów nie korzystaliśmy, ale wspaniale, że jest taka możliwość, gdyż hotel jest z dala od gwaru. Dla mnie lokalizacja była wspaniała, cisza i spokój, dookoła tylko natura i jej odgłosy. Gdy zauważyliśmy jakieś problemy w pokoju, wystarczyło napisać przez whatsup i zostały one tego samego dnia naprawione (np. bardzo trzeszczące łóżko, kabel do prysznica, deska toaletowa), ogólnie obsługa była wspaniała, świetny kontakt przez whatsup, więc jeżeli się nie zna języka, to można przez tłumacza wrzucić i się dogadać. Minusy: Dostaliśmy domek bambusowy, który był już dość stary, stare drewniane okna z dużymi szparami, stare trzeszczące łóżko. Pokój nie wyglądał na 30 m2, był bardzo mały i nie było w środku żadnego miejsca do siedzenia, tylko łóżko i szafy. Lodówka zajęta w większości przez płatne napoje, tylko woda za darmo. Materac twardy i niewygodne poduszki. Śniadania bardzo drogie jak na Tajlandię, 250B za osobę, więc nie próbowaliśmy. Ogólnie pobyt udany. Możliwe, że pozostałe domki są lepsze, ale tego nie wiem.
