Vows 別墅海濱 (Vows Villa Beachfront)

加定一天，沒有送水果盤了，早餐挺好，餐廳服務員很熱情，前台相對來説比較客氣，沒有太多經驗的感覺，但是態度很好，設計很好，但是已經有點問題了，衞生還是可以加強。

Actually, I was really impressed with many things, such as the excellent services from all the staff, the peaceful and private atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. The view from my room (Executive Suite Oceanfront) was stunning both in the morning and evening. It made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and that I made the right choice over a major 5-star hotel. Even though there was no TV or other entertainments, I was able to fully immerse myself in the accommodations and atmosphere. Then, the last night here, I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom at night (around 10 PM). At that time, there were no staff were available to help me (there’s no in room telephone for any emergency call). So I had to remove the cockroach out of my room myself. When I notified the staff via Line, all I received was an apology and a thank you for letting me know. When I woke up in the morning, everyone acted as if nothing had happened (there were actually lizards, but that was acceptable and understandable for me). I didn't expect any major responsibility, but compared to hotels with rooms as expensive as 5-stars, I think cockroaches in the rooms are absolutely unacceptable. I think the hotel should handle customer feelings better. The hotel manager or management should be aware of this and have a better approach to handling customer feelings.

Stunning views and amazing rooms, peaceful and quiet location, I would suggest renting a car or scooter to get around if you want to be going to the tourist attractions. However if you looking to relax and read a book and be in a quieter place this is perfect. Awesome pool with beach views. There are a few fantastic restaurants within walking distance, the villa has a restaurant as well and the staff where amazing and friendly. Food was also great. A variety of western and Asian breakfasts to choose from. Thank you Cream and One the two ladies in the restaurant, your service was outstanding

ไม่ได้อยากจะมาอวยแต่มันดีมากจริงๆ ที่พักดีย์มากกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกก ความส่วนตัวให้ระดับ1000/10 ใดๆคืออาหารเช้าแบบอลาคาส จึ่งมากและอร่อยมาก แถมได้ คูปองเมนูอาหารลด 20% แถมเครื่องดื่มฟรีดิงถูกใจไปอี้กก การบริการพนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก สนใจ น่ารักยิ้มแย้มทุกแผนก ไว้ไปสมุยอีกครั้งจะไปเช็คอินต้องกลับไปที่นี่ครั้ง นี่แหละสวรรค์ที่เกาะสมุยvows villa หลงรักที่นี่ตลอดไป 🏖️📍👋🏼🫶🏻

小奢酒店，喜歡的設計和風格。房間很大，床品用具都是品質不錯的，mini bar東西挺多，但是薯片被打開過了，後來前台又補了。周圍比較偏，幸好有車，但是喜歡安靜的不錯。

What a stunning place. 10/10 . perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to unwind. there is a great small but good selection of restuarants within walking distance. rooms where very big with a magnificent view. Check the tides if you plan on swimming in the ocean as at low tide its very far to swim. lovely pool and amazing staff. Fareem was especially helpful during my stay. i wish i had actually booked my whole 訂房網站 at Vows Villa. If you plan on sightseeing i would recommend renting a car or scooter as you would need a vehicle to get around the island and far cheaper than a taxi. perfect place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Good Wifi speeds as well.
