除了沒有健身室，及早上會被飛過酒店上空的飛機吵醒外！真的找不到其他缺點了！其他一切都是完美的，無論酒店環境、裝修、餐飲、泳池、服務，一切一切都是完美的！酒店1630-1730還有免費雪糕時間，每晚也有小驚喜送到房間，早餐半自助式，非常豐富美味！酒店在巷內，非常安靜，但走幾步出大街就是渣文大街，非常熱鬧，下次住渣文海灘一定會再住！離開時也送了小禮物！

首先，把酒店的一些缺點放在前面： 1.華為手機連不上酒店的WiFi，可能是因為鴻蒙系統不適配的原因，除華為之外的手機都能連上。 2.酒店沒有設定健身房，對喜歡健身的人來説很不友好。 3.酒店由於離機場近的原因，在蘇梅島機場開放的時間段內，當飛機飛躍酒店上空時會發出巨大的轟鳴聲，對聲音比較敏感的人可能會產生不適。 4.酒店一樓的房型由於生態環境太好的原因，會出現蜈蚣和螞蟻鑽入房間內的情況，陽台泳池處也會時不時出現蜈蚣和螞蟻，對害怕蟲子的人很不友好。 5.酒店幾乎沒有中文服務，如果是英語不太好的人入住在理解溝通方面可能會很吃力。接下來是酒店的一些優點： 1.位於蘇梅島市中心，門口就是酒吧街和各種店鋪，基本上去按摩購物喝酒步行就可以解決。 2.酒店的早餐是單點的形式，而且味道還不錯。

蘇梅島的日與夜從山上安靜的酒店換到了這家渣汶海灘邊的熱鬧酒店.定的雙臥套房，適合一家三口入住，沙灘很熱鬧，也很乾凈，走到Central Plaza沙灘附近有各種海上活動，摩託艇香蕉船這種，附近餐廳超級多，推薦一家泰式西式融合餐廳叫Day & NIGHT，環境很復古，晚上露台吃飯，小酌一杯，很愜意，門口不遠有一家Dusite按摩店，裡面的按摩師手法也很好。另外，酒店最有優勢的是離機場近，早班機很方便。

舒適房就很不錯了，床舒服，空調24h，馬桶智能，地址位置好，離購物商場很近，出門就有吃的，海灘也好躺，每天還有免費的冰淇淋，早餐真好吃，啥都好吃，就是房間裡有保潔會忘記放牙刷，打個電話跟前台説他才送過來。

Quite a new hotel, open in Jan 2024. Very Nice and clean in which the designer looks into every little detailing in designing the room. All the staff are very friendly and polite. I book a room with private pool but upon check in, there is no bathtub in the room. So we request to change room with bathtub, their friendly staff, Nat, show us the room, help to change and upgrade the room for us. Hotel is near lots of nice restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast food provided is very nice and we enjoy the breakfast very much for 3 days. They provide activities like pilates, hydro fit exercise in the morning and evening and free ice-cream and 1 For 1 drinks at the poolside. Overall, a very nice and friendly hotel which we will come back again.

I would give 5 star for cleanliness but we saw many ants in our room and during our stay we had ant attack. Hotel took action immediately. Service staff also generally very good but few of them trying not to make eye contact even there was no many table you feel unattended that’s why deducted 1 point. But I would definitely recommend

Pros: THE LOCATION IS GREAT! THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. Cons: Unprofessional reception staff, Unwelcoming attitude from the supervisor, Older staffs in the restaurant were terrible, The Massage was the worst we experienced in Koh Samui. We are unlikely to return and would not recommend it to others unless someone only cares about a CLEAN room and does not mind the service.

9月2日から4日まで、マラスカサムイ - スモールラグジュアリーホテルズオブザワールドに滯在しました。Tripで予約しましたが、結果的に大正解でした。まずスタッフの方々の対応が本當に素晴らしく、特に中國語を話せる優しくて親切なお姉さんがいて、とても安心できました。細やかな気配りがあり、初めてのサムイ島でも不安なく快適に過ごせました。ホテル全體の雰囲気も落ち著いていて、ラグジュアリーさとアットホームさが両立している印象です。プールもビーチもとてもきれいに整備されていて、晝は思いきり泳いで遊べ、夕方にはビーチで美しいサンセットを楽しむことができました。朝食も大満足！特におすすめなのが、メニューには載っていない“シークレット”のカオソーイ（Khao Soi）。ぜひシェフにお願いしてみてください。本格的な味わいで、旅の特別な思い出になりました。その他の朝食メニューも品數豊富で、フルーツも新鮮でとても美味しかったです。また、ホテルの周辺にはレストランやショップも多く、少し散歩するだけで地元の雰囲気も楽しめます。リゾート內でゆっくり過ごすのも良し、外に出て探索するのも良し、とても便利な立地でした。総合的に、サービス・環境・食事のすべてが大変素晴らしく、今回の滯在は本當に楽しい時間となりました。次回サムイ島に來るときは、迷わずまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

This was a brilliant place. Loved it. Would go again! Pros - around night life and easy to beach areas - room was luxury. Was fairly new. - rooms large. Has a small kitchen for ordering Grabs - restaurant was superb. Loved their Piri Piri chicken. Con - NOISE. Be prepared to sleep only at 2am. This is Koh Samui’s party area. The resort hotel is right in it. Major bars. We heard the music loud. Hotel does its best but really its the outside noise. Good for those wanting party nights. - cleaning: its average. We need high cleaning, so most might find acceptable. They dont clean toilets daily! Everything runs on APP. So if you want service you need your phone with you. If you like us, wanting to get rid of life whilst on holiday, then bring a spare phone!
