First arrival there was black mould in the bathroom, ants in the room and a tear in the curtain. Naturally I complained but received no apology. The staff member on duty seemed inexperienced and couldn’t offer any solutions. I kindly requested someone come and clean it as there was no other room available. Long story short, I showered in a dirty shower that night. The next day a manager apologised and attempted to resolved the issues to a manageable condition. The manager also made some effort to make me feel better which I appreciated. The room itself I loved, 705 is nice and the views are absolutely stunning. However, the shower needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Also staff need training around hospitality.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Tarna. Unser Highlight war die Aussicht von unserer Hütte mit Meerblick! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige, das uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Toilette, da sie etwas klein war und eine Glastür hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is great – you can easily rent a scooter directly from the hotel at a good price. If you prefer walking, it takes about 20 minutes downhill to reach the lively area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping options. Our villa with sea view was absolutely beautiful and worth it. The view was stunning, the room was very clean, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was tasty and had everything you need, even though it wasn’t very varied. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely book it again on our next visit to Koh Tao.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, always available to help. The room was phenomenal with the most beautiful view. Personally I didn’t like how it would take some effort to get to the front desk from your room and make your way into the town. I know some people don’t mind it but I’d much prefer to be easily able to walk out. I’d like to mention that the staff would instantly come pick you up in the cart when needed and there are times where they provide shuttle in and out of town. But that was my biggest issue. Overall, stunning hotel!

Что шикарно в этом месте - вид на море и закат. В остальном очень посредственный со средним сервисом отель. Завтрак был не вкусным, как для меня, так и для моего мужа. Расположен далековато, крутой подъем в гору до номера. Номер маленький, домики расположены близко (в трусиках по номеру не походишь). Вокруг стройка, о которой, в описание ничего не сказано.

Hotel muy bonito en infraestructura, pero camino cuesta arriba desde Sairee. Si o si es para andar en moto por la ubicación (la puedes arrendar ahí mismo). Para lo que vende la imagen del hotel, no es aceptable que el hall para tomar desayuno no tenga aire acondicionado, es tremendamente caluroso. Desayuno no tan completo. Servicio a la habitación hasta las 3 pm, el bar de la piscina hasta las 6 pm. Creo que son cosas que deberían mejorar para la imagen que vende.

Начнем с вида, отель находится на закатной стороне, стоит брать этот отель только с видом на море, без вида, это переплата денег. Также из плюсов разнообразный завтрак, кофе машина хорошая. На гольф каре вас отвезут и привезут в номер в любое время до 23:00, также до номеров можно заехать на байке, но горка крутовата. Из минусов: уборка тупит, не положили мыло, у нас закончился гель для душа, положили его открытым, специальной, его так и оставили, не наполнили… Штопор в 10 вечера предоставить не смогут, тк ресторан закрыт… Такие моменты, странные для четверки и такой цены, но делаем скидку на Таиланд))) В целом прикольный отель, соотношение цена качества норм только в номере с видом, туда бы вернулась еще раз.

La relación calidad precio no es buena. Reservamos una de las habitaciones con acceso a piscina. En el momento del check in, llegamos más tarde de las 14:00 pero aún así, tuvimos que esperar más de media hora a qué nos diesen la habitación, dejaron nuestros pasaportes olvidados en una de las mesas, las toallas y sábanas estaban sucias y viejas. Después de reclamar sábanas y toallas limpias, bien, aunque la atención durante la estancia no es nada buena. La habitación no está mal aunque tiene vistas a una obra. Estando bien, no merece el precio que pagas. La ubicación no está mal si no vas en moto, se tarda poco en llegar a sairee andando y para volver al hotel, se puede utilizar el Transfer porque está en una cuesta pronunciada, aunque los horarios del Transfer no son del todo buenos, más allá de las 9.10, no tienen transfer para volver al hotel desde sairee. En definitiva, no volveríamos a este hotel, teniendo en cuenta el servicio y las instalaciones, hay muchos hoteles en koh tao.
