You should book this hotel if you want to be only at this resort and at its beach area, it is very far and expensive to get to the other side of the Island. Also - if you book a villa room or get an “upgrade” like we did - you will get a large room that looks like it was built with no planning, and a Bathroom witch is outdoor and very uncomfortable, the regular hotel rooms although are great.

Nous pensions arriver dans un hotel 5 étoiles, en réalité, c'est un hotel dédié aux familles... On se croyait à Disneyland, il y a des lignes différentes de navette pour aller à sa chambre... Bref, pas reposant.

這是20天在泰國住的最差的一家酒店，價格差不多是5星的，但是所有的設施幾乎接近於2星。酒店非常非常的老，所有的硬件設施都很老化了，都沒有任何維修。雖然位置很好，但是所有的綠化沒有人修剪，雜草枯枝到處都是。所有洗手間的水直接排在山上就是到處都能看到。房間裡也是有很多各種各樣的小蟲螞蟻。木地板半夜起來上個廁所，踩地上整個房間都嘎嘎響。感覺這個酒店的老闆壓根就不管這個酒店，能收多少錢就收多少錢。還有就是早餐還不如路邊上的那些早餐。非常差，很多熟食用的罐頭的，麵包片都是像便利店裡一袋一袋購買來的。我們早餐就吃了一次，後面三個早上全部出去吃的。總之，如果可以花3000+訂一個晚上，那還不如多架幾百住旁邊的anantara.

Sehr schönes Thai Style Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail, etwas Renovierungsbedarf, hieran wird aber gearbeitet. Der Strand ist leider nicht mehr so schön. Das Meer hat sich den Sand zurück geholt. Der Nachbarstrand ist wunderschön und feinsandig über einen Trampelpfad über die Felsen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Preise für Essen/ Getränke/ Massage ziemlich überhöht, da lohnt sie der Gang in den Ort.

Хороший отель. Ночью концерт лягушек-быков. Завтраки на 3 балла. Находится на холме, но есть бесплатный трансфер до туристической улицы. Есть бесплатная услуга трансфера от лобби до номера или виллы.

The place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities. The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay. Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more. Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel. Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.

My 3rd time visit here and always make me feel comfortable more than home. Perfect resort for vacations hideaway from city life with greenery natures inside forests. Nothing compares. Strongly Recommend the best one in Koh Phangan.

Не советую данный отель никому. Воняет в номерах плесенью и гнилым деревом, везде всё сломано, полотенца грязные, обслуживание ужасное, в номерах насекомые, гекконы, крысы. ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХО! Цены завышены и соответствуют уровню, который был у отеля 12 лет назад. Сейчас отель тянет на 2* и не больше! Требуется срочный ремонт везде и всюду. Владельцам отеля вообще всё равно, ощущение что они пытаются собрать последние деньги и потом продать отель либо закрыть его. Очень наплевательское отношение. Завтраки 1 из 10, всё несвежее и старое. Пляжа НЕТ. Там мусор, грязь и камни. Бассейн тоже грязный, хоть и страшно пахнет хлоркой.

You should book this hotel if you want to be only at this resort and at its beach area, it is very far and expensive to get to the other side of the Island.
