We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing! The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent. Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

•staff was very nice and helpfull, super servise. Amazing people working in the hotel. •price was too high for this location. Area quite small around swimming pool, no sunset, after 2pm there is no sun anymore at the beach. •rooms also have smell of mold and you can feel clothes and bed sheets damp. •prices of glass of wine ane other cocktails was also surprising. ~15eur for 125ml of wine... for this amount of wine it is cheaper in Europe and even Dubai. To conclude the place too much expensive compared to other places in the world for this price.

Positiv: das Hotel liegt an einem super Strand, der Service ist gut, das Essen ist ok. Die Zimmer (Pool Villa) riecht wie ein feuchter Keller. Man kann den Schimmel teilweise sehen. Wir haben mehrfach die Villa getauscht, bis wir einen ertragbaren Zustand erreicht haben. Wir waren froh, als wir nach Hause durften! Preis/ Leistung passen nicht zusammen. Wir haben mit mehreren Gästen gesprochen, die diese Einschätzung teilten.

Все на высоком уровне. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту формы персонала! Видно что за этим (и не только за этим) следят. Как всегда классная постель, белье и тд.) Из минусов я бы отметил чрезмерно высокую влажность в номере и отсутствие режима осушения у кондиционера. Из-за этого плохо спать да и дышать влажностью тоже так себе. (У нас была вилла 26)

Это великолепный отель. Начиная от месторасположения, заканчивая маленькими деталями в номере - спрей от москитов в парфюмерном флаконе. Персонал очень вежливый, заботливый. Чувствуешь себя в абсолютном комфорте и безопасности. Территория отеля очень красивая, утопает в зелени. Завтраки - великолепные . Есть все . Формат шведский стол+ заказ по меню. Любые виды яичницы, каши, соки, авокадо тосты, фрукты и т.д. В отеле необходимо оставлять депозит 1000 бат , при выезде возвращают. Из минусов - одну ночь сильно шумела компания на соседней вилле. С музыкой, танцами и т.д. Думаю отель должен принимать меры и не допускать такого. Все таки формат не отеля не предполагает шумные вечеринки.

Estuvimos 3 días y fueron increíbles. La atención del personal es de 10, las instalaciones son preciosas con piscina privada en cada habitación y tienen un desayuno (bufet) delicioso y super variado. Es caro pero por el servicio y toda la atención que te dan vale la pena.

I have been to Koh Phangan about 20 times. I think this resort is the best hotel in Koh Phangan. The amenities, hospitality, food, and friendly staff are truly amazing. Non, one of the staff members, was very accommodating to us. I would recommend any family or couple that doesn't like to party to stay at this resort. But if you are a partygoer, you would be better off staying at Haad Rin or Ban Thai.
