超級不滿意！ 1. 問了前台多給我們一個被子和浴巾，他們説要一天多收750thb 2. 門牌價比訂房網站要便宜30% 3. 問前台任何事情都要等好久。 4. 用了游泳池3次，連一次都沒給我浴巾-説是用完了。 5. Apartment was never clean intime!

Лакшери? Вы серьезно? За два месяца путешествия это самый ужасный отель за свои деньги. Да, номера не плохие, но на этом все. Место очень удаленное , чтобы дойти до главной дороги нужно идти через лес по проселочной. Из за того что с ребенком не находишься кушали в местном ресторане. Еда отвратительная. Учитывая что ценник в два или три раза дороже других. Первый раз заказали пиццу, принесли горелую. На ужин заказали карбонару, принесли настолько пересоленную, что есть ее было не возможно. На наш возврат они никак не отреагировали и принесли счёт за не съеденные блюда. Отдельного внимания стоит бассейн, так как в море там купаться нельзя, это очень важно. Бассейн грязнющий и вода с беллым мыльным налетом. Чего там только не плавает в воде. Ну и вы должны знать что при заезде взимается депозит, который вам попросту не вернут. У нас нашли какое то пятно на простыне и сказали мы вам ничего не вернем? Мы изначально заехали и там были пятна, но спорить бесполезно. И да, как писали в других отзывах на ресепшене просто отвратительное обслуживание. Хоть бы улыбнулись ради приличия. Ни за что не вернемся и никому не посоветуем.

A really nice mid range resort. Size of rooms are massive and well kept and clean. Service was extremely lovely from reception to restaurant. Happy hour by the pool is great. The driveway from the main road to the building is poorly kept. It’s most comfortable to have a motorcycle for it. Reception organised a motorcycle for us and taxis to the pier. This is not extreme luxury but it is still a lovely stay.

Great stay and super nice staff, the rooms are incredibly large and spacious. Quiet and clean. The pool is really nice and there's a restaurant and spa on site. I liked the pizza, that you can order from the pool. The beach in the area is not the nicest though, but it was a great place to visit around the island and then come and relax at the end of the day or during the hottest time of the day.

I can not recommend this resort enough! It is perfect if you are looking for something classy but affordable. Everything was great, the staff are super friendly and very attentive! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Easy check in and out. Facilities are open to all guests. You can lounge at the pool for a whole day as they have created a comfortable atmosphere and various seating options! The restaurant is great, breakfast is superb! The location is perfect if you want quiet and calm but still want to be near the busy streets in town. Perfect for families, couples and singles

Очень хорошо. Расположен на пляже - 1я линия. Вид из ресторана шикарный. Ремонт, дизайн современный красиво. НО! ОБРАТИТЕ ВНИМАНИЕ 1. На пляже не покупаться. Очень мелко. Мутная вода. Это самый наверное худший пляж острова. 2. Завтрак. За 30% от стоимости проживания вы получаете Очень очень скудное меню. В свободном дрступе нет даже воды! Нет соков, нет чая, кофе. Всё дают строго по 1 чашке на человека. Если вы голодны, то не наедитесь и вторую порции вам НЕ ДАДУТ( Для такого высокого уровня отеля ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХО

This was the best hotel I stayed in Koh Phangan. Bryan in reception is AMAZING. This man deserves a raise. He really went above and beyond to help me get back a pair of shoes I left in a taxi. All of the staff was wonderful, especially the hard-working guys in the restaurant. Koko greeted me each morning at breakfast with my coconut coffee. I had the best massage and facial at the spa with Lin. I’ve been dreaming about it ever since I left! I stayed in the beachfront villa which was perfect. I loved being able to walk straight out the door (climbing over the rocks) and into the sea. Watching the sunset each night was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants nearby if you don’t rent a scooter. This section of beach is very peaceful. I’m looking forward to staying here again!
