Great location and clean rooms. Staff also very responsive and respectful. Only issue is it is away from city and it takes a lot of effort to travel. Having said that, it is absolutely beautiful location.

The experience was terrible.The bathroom was smelly ..The room is very small with meagre facilities..There is no property at all..It looked like a lodgeThe staffs were however polite and freindly..

We had a nice stay at country club except the room service for food delayed some time and kept us starving, the facilities they provide are ok

We had dinner on the second day of my vacation from country club kidakkanam and it spoiled the balance 3 days of my vacation. The chicken they served was very old and unfortunately we all, including my 6 year old kid ate a piece each before finding it! thankyou country club for spoiling my vacation.

Room size is too small. It says 240 sq-ft but not really. So small. Not worth for this budget. Only good point is view and place is outside city so quiet e and calm.

Country club kodaikanal staff were very courteous, resourceful, ready to help. The location - excellant. Breakfast very good. Cons - no ala carte service for dinner. Balcony doors have a gap, air creeps in through it.

Due to the road laying we were asked to walk half a kilometer and no transport was provided. I was told on the face that vehicle will be provided for check-in and check-out only. Since the resort was located on a slope my family had to walk with shopping baggage all the way with no courtesy towards guests or elderly. I struggled a lot as i already had knee pain and did not expect it to be like this after paying a huge amount for the stay. Since this was a two day road laying i expected some means of transport from the resort during this period but in vain. All they cared was to save money by not providing transport for this meagre two days to reach to our car parking. However the property was good and located with an excellent view of the valley. The staff needs to understand and learn that the guests should be put before everything in this business.
