Farm House (Farm House)

Had a lovely and peaceful stay in Farm House, Kodaikanal! The place was clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful nature. A big thanks to the caretakers, Sateesh and Sam, for their warm hospitality and helpfulness throughout our visit. They made us feel right at home. Would definitely come back!

The property is excellent, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. They assisted us politely with everything we needed. The food was great, and the overall service was impressive.

I have booked the stay in their room named Stable for two days at the rate of Rs 4100 (approx). The data of the stay mentioned an area of 1808 sq ft, so I thought it's an entire cottage and the photos given by them also suggest the same. But when we reached there we were completely shocked to see that it was just a small room. Our family has 4 members me, my wife, two sons and one of them is 16 years old, so he was treated as an adult and provided an extra bed. The room was too small to accommodate an extra bed, there was not enough space just to move inside the room. There was no wardrobe or table to place the belongings. Everything has to be put on the floor. The toilet has space but poor drainage and the floor was always wet and at the time of bath it was flooded. Adding to that flush was terrible, each time after using the closet we have to take water in the bucket and manually flush it. The power supply was frequently interrupted and each time of power failure it took around 5 mins to switch on the backup. The area of the room including the toilet will be less than 180 sq ft. But other than the stable room,there are two of them of the same size, other rooms are reasonably spacious and it has good and quiet outdoors. The dining hall is reasonably good and the care takers of the stay are very helpful and good mannered. Breakfast is also good. My advice to those who opt for this property is that do not book the stable room, if you have more than two members for a couple this room is just ok.

Our Stay at Farm house was very comfortable and enjoyable. the staff is very cooperative and caring, both Mr Satish and his colleagues, and the food is also very good. Overall we enjoyed our 訂房網站 to Kodaikanal while staying at this property. I strongly recommend this property for a family stay.

Stay was good. Ambience was good as well. Satish from the reception took great care of us. His energy and smile is contagious. Breakfast was good too.

The overall stay was pleasant. Extremely pleased with hospitality offered by the team who were ready to help and guide us at every step. Food options though limited were of good taste and ambience of the restaurant was good. Place is surrounded by lush green trees making it a very peaceful location for family members to stay. Strongly recommend this place for family where priority is comfort, pleasant surroundings, good food and top notch hospitality. I would like to visit again mainly for the hospitality extended and its close proximity to the tourist places. Thank you team and keep up your good work.

we took 1barn and 2 garage rooms. the service was awesome. barn room was great and with modern amenities. the overall stay was super cool, breakfast was good, tea & coffee service was nice. location was great. 1 of the garage rooms didn't have intercom, hot water but we didn't raise it as a complain as we stayed only for 1nite

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hospitality was top-notch — the staff were warm Sathish ansmd Sam, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. The location is also fantastic — conveniently situated with easy access to local attractions. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an ideal location

Everything was good esp Mr. Sathish and Mr. Sam took care very well. Very good property and located in a prime location, especially gives you a feel at home experience
